A partner is not a salesperson.

You refer. Patagon sells. Nobody crosses that line. We never ask you to close; we ask you to connect. Closing responsibility is 100% ours.

We pay for execution, not promises.

An executed meeting becomes compensation the following month. No fine print, no hidden conditions, no waiting for closed deals. You did your part, you get paid.

Transparency is the default.

You always know the status of every referral. If it was discarded, you know why. If it was closed, you know when. Silence is not acceptable in our operation.

We provide everything you need.

Ready-to-use materials, AI-generated scripts, a deck with your brand, and vertical case studies. Improvisation is amateur. You enter every conversation prepared.

Lead quality matters more than volume.

We do not reward quantity. One qualified lead is worth more than ten weak ones. We prefer 5 right meetings over 50 wasted meetings. That protects both you and Patagon.

We control seats by vertical.

We do not open conflicting channels. If you cover automotive in a region, we do not place another partner in the same market. Your effort should not compete with a neighbor.
